Tamika brings over 10 years of experience in early years education, having worked her way up through the sector from Early Years Practitioner to Nursery Manager. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children.

After several years of hands-on experience, Tamika pursued her passion further by completing a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care at university. This academic foundation has strengthened her understanding of child development and the importance of creating enriching, responsive learning environments.

Tamika is deeply passionate about being a part of each child’s developmental journey—supporting them as they grow, learn, and flourish. She believes that early childhood is a critical stage in life, and she is dedicated to nurturing each child’s potential while respecting their individuality.
